Calm Your Mind Moon Milk

I’m a November baby, so I’ve always had an affinity for this flower of my birth month; a love that grew exponentially once I learned its many healing benefits.High in potassium, magnesium, calcium, and iron, this golden flower moon milk reduces the Pitta dosha – especially as it pertains to the eyes, heart, and mind. Use it to reduce heat, support circulation, soothe the skin, and sedate your nervous system. It belongs to the same family of flowers as chamomile and offers the gentle reminder to practice being present.
