Warm Chai Smoothie

For mornings when you're ready for nourishment but want to keep things light, say hello to the Elevated Warm Chai Smoothie!
This delicious elixir will ground you, energize your metabolism, and boost your immunity with traditional chai spices and chaga, the "king" of functional mushrooms.
If you’re cleansing candida or on a low FODMAP diet, keep in mind that functional fungi – such as chaga, reishi, and turkey tail – are adaptogenic immunomodulators and considered by many herbalists to act as potent anti-fungals.
