But it’s the truth. This dressing showcases some key nourishing foundations of a life well fed. Use it over salads, steamed vegetables, dark leafy greens, poached fish, whole grains, and roasted roots.
2Tablespoonsapple cider vinegar or coconut vinegar
2Tablespoonsfresh lemon or lime juice
1teaspoonasafetida, ground cumin, or turmeric
½teaspoonground sumacoptional
½teaspoonground coriander
¼teaspoonmineral-rich salt
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a sealed Mason jar or sturdy container.
Shake vigorously!
This dressing stays fresh in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Shake well before each use.
